David Lis is a geologist, hydrologist, and LEP in Connecticut with over 25yrs of experience navigating technical and regulatory issues. Mr. Lis has extensive experience in New England and a long working history related to shoreline infrastructure in CT, MA and RI. He is experienced in addressing the technical, regulatory, and economic aspects of waterside and upland property redevelopment.
