As CEO of Tallio, I'm leading the transformation of post-acute care through our AI-first operating system platform. Starting with HospiceOS—our complete EMR replacement that delivers a 97% reduction in intake time and eliminates 58% of documentation work—we're expanding across the entire post-acute care ecosystem with HomeHealthOS and PalliativeOS. We refuse the premise that healthcare technology should create more work. Instead, our operating system automates entire workflows from intake to billing, helping agencies scale from 1–2 to 4+ daily admissions without additional hiring, while eliminating the administrative burden that causes clinician burnout. My experience scaling healthcare technology companies began as the first employee at Forcura, where I led sales and strategy for six years, growing the company to $20M ARR before its successful exit to Accel-KKR. Forcura recently merged with Medalogix in a transformative deal backed by Berkshire Partners, creating a leading post-acute care technology platform. At Tallio, we're not building better EMR features—we're architecting the operating system that runs entire agencies automatically. Our open ecosystem approach enables rapid third-party innovation while consolidating the fragmented vendor chaos that agencies have wrongly accepted as inevitable.
