Mr. Rolando Rivera served 15 years in the United States Army from 1978 to 1993. During his military assignment, Mr. Rivera served as a computer programmer supporting Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) where he developed software to automate the scholarship selection process. Mr. Rivera was then reassigned from ROTC to support an elite Special Forces unit in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. During his final military assignment, Mr. Rivera served as a computer programmer for the European Command War Planning Division in Stuttgart, Germany. Mr. Rivera continued his service to the US Military as a contractor and Computer Scientist assisting the Defense Intelligence Agency in Germany and the United Kingdom. Mr. Rivera is now a Solutions Engineer with NetApp, Inc. supporting US Department of Defense in Europe, Africa, and NATO.
