Dr. Thomas Macdonald works in the communications program at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He has held leadership positions in the MILSATCOM, Tactical Networking, and Lasercom portfolios. Tom attended his for MILCOM in 1007 as a graduate student at Clemson University and has been a participant ever since, including holding program leadership roles three times.
