Su Chang is the Operations Lead for the Cross-cutting Urgent Innovation Cell (CUIC) at the MITRE Corporation and an acquisition and contracting expert. Ms. Chang has worked on a variety of high-profile acquisition projects across Defense, Civilian, and Law Enforcement agencies. Additionally, she has been involved with a variety of strategic acquisition initiatives to include Section 804 IT Acquisition Reform, DoD CIO IT Modernization, OSD’s Services Acquisition Reform, and Middle Tier Acquisitions. She works with Acquisition and CIO executives to develop acquisition frameworks for IT, Weapons Systems, and Agile development. She is also the co-founder of the Acquisition in the Digital Age (AiDA.mitre.org) acquisition platform. Prior to joining MITRE, Ms. Chang was a Senior Contract Negotiator with the Missile Defense Agency, and is a graduate of the Department of Interior, Government-wide Acquisition Intern Program.
