Kyle Foreman has eight years of experience in both the public and private sector. He started in the field as a driver, then a supervisor, and now leads 87 employees as the director of the Fort Smith Solid Waste Department. He is responsible for residential, commercial and industrial collection operations along with disposal operations of a Class 1 landfill and Class Y compost facility.
