Aaron has been a Kitchen in Bath Designer for over a decade designing in Central NY. He began his career in Nursing, and as a Restaurant Owner. After a health crisis of his own, Aaron realized life was too short to work in a career he was not passionate about. While searching to find what he really wanted in life he was introduced to design; his passion. Aaron has been able to adapt communication techniques he learned in Nursing; dealing with individuals in high stress situations, into his current role as a Kitchen and Bath Designer. Selling Himself to Make the Sale, Aaron has achieved a closing rate over 90%. In addition to Kitchen and Bath Design Aaron is the owner of EQ Designs, a company designing bars, night clubs, and restaurants. He is active with the NKBA Central NY Chapter, serving as Vice President of Programs 2016-2017, and President since 2018. He is also a Board Member for the Ann Demore Davis Memorial Scholarship Inc.; a scholarship started by his local NKBA Chapter, granting scholarships to deserving students of design. In his spare time, he can be found exploring the many state forests, lakes, gorges and waterfalls spread out through the Finger Lakes Region of NY.
