Peter Salerno CMKBD




Peter Salerno, CMKBD has over 37 years of kitchen and bath design experience enhanced by his personal life experiences. At a young age, Peter was exposed to manufacturing and sales, this created an invaluable foundation for building his own business years later. Peter attended The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and graduated as an Ensign in the U.S Navy, with a Business Degree. Being stationed in Italy for three years gave Peter the opportunity to study art and architecture throughout Europe and Western Asia. In 1982, after returning from the Navy and working in corporate America, Peter decided to return to his father’s business and start applying his artistic vision to the growing family business. In 1997, Peter opened his own design firm, Peter Salerno Inc., in Wyckoff, New Jersey. In the past 17 years, he has won 24 NKBA awards and numerous prestigious awards in the kitchen & bath industry.
