Ray Ducharme began selling cabinetry and millwork to small builders in the Merrimack Valley region of Massachusetts in 1978. He has worked in every aspect of the kitchen and bath industry, from retail designer to the Director of Marketing and Training for several national manufacturers. Project management responsibilities included product development, marketing, advertising campaigns and production of the manufacturer’s specification and sales catalogs. He continues to consult with manufacturers and dealer clients on best practices and sales applications. His experience on local and national levels offers the best training programs clients can receive.
