After spending 12 years as the owner of a residential remodeling firm in Wilmington, DE, Steve Wheeler now works with remodeling business owners from across the US & Canada, helping them improve process and increase profit. Steve is the Director of Business Development at Remodelers Advantage Inc., a frequent speaker at many industry-related events and is the co-host of the The Tim Faller Show, a weekly podcast that focuses solely on the production side of a remodeling business. Steve has a true passion for the remodeling industry and is focused on helping companies avoid common mistakes and achieve success through shared experiences. In addition to speaking at regional NARI, NAHB, and NKBA events, Steve has been featured at the Annual Remodelers Summit, and has been a Voices from the Industry Speaker since 2018.
