Praveen Upreti serves as Nestlé's corporate R&D cheese advisor (Solon, OH). Prior to Nestlé, Upreti worked at Rich Products (Buffalo, NY). Upreti holds a Ph.D. in food science from the University of Minnesota, Twin-Cities; a Masters in dairy science from South Dakota State University, Brookings; and a Bachelors in dairy technology from the National Dairy Research Institute, India.
