Dana is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. He provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, manages the legal function, and obtains and oversees the work of outside counsel. Furthermore, Dana is responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching, and executing a wide variety of agreements on behalf of the company. He prides himself on the fact that he serves as a resource for the thorough review and assessment of challenges facing individual projects and the company in general.
