Giovanni Ruscitti is one of the founding members of Berg Hill Greenleaf Ruscitti LLP and currently serves as the firm's Managing Partner. Mr. Ruscitti has nearly 30 years of experience as an attorney, arbitrator, and mediator in the construction industry. He has represented clients on public and private projects for owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers, and sureties, emphasizing complex delay and disruption matters and EPC projects. To that end, Mr. Ruscitti is equally comfortable in the boardroom and courtroom and has negotiated and drafted EPC, P3, MSA, design-build, and other contract forms up to $2.6B in value, and litigated, arbitrated, and served as a mediator and arbitrator on EPC disputes with hundreds of millions of dollars in dispute. He has worked as lead transactional and litigation counsel on industrial plants, office buildings, power plants, hydroelectric power, utility projects, processing plants, water storage, water and waste treatment plants, defense projects, hospitals, schools, highway construction, prisons, mining projects, oil and gas, pipeline, and solar projects. Mr. Ruscitti has substantial experience in complex construction disputes, including Federal contracting, Federal and state bid protests, defect, delay, lost productivity, indemnity, breach of contract, and fraud matters. Finally, Mr. Ruscitti serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the American Arbitration Association.
