Paul Sandars is a partner with the firm of Lum Drasco and Positan where he has a lengthy career handling complex construction cases in trial, arbitration and mediation settings, representing owners, contractors and subcontractors/suppliers. He is also an experienced construction mediator. He is a former Co-Chair of the ABA Section of Litigation Construction Litigation Committee, a member of the Council for the Section and a former Co-Chair of the New Jersey Bar Association Construction Law Section.
