E. Mitchell Swann, PE Mr. Swann''s areas of expertise include engineering design and construction, project start-up, delivery and turn-over. His technical background includes building mechanical systems, instrumentation and control systems and process utilities. Mr. Swann has experience and expertise with the overall design and construction process and the important interface areas involved in the development and completion of projects. Mr. Swann''s industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, microelectronics, critical operations facilities, healthcare, commercial, institutional and residential projects. Mr. Swann has executed projects in the US, Europe and Asia and is well versed in various project delivery approaches including spec\bid\build, EPC and design build. Mr. Swann also has extensive experience in evaluating the original conceptual issues involved in the selection, feasibility analysis and development of capital projects.
