For more than 20 years, Bill Tinsley has provided design professionals, contractors, owners and sureties with pragmatic, cost-effective resolution of complex claims and disputes on public and private projects throughout the United States and abroad. Bill also drafts and negotiates design and construction contracts for all contract delivery methods. He is currently the head of legal affairs for the Design Build Institute of America, Florida Region. Bill is licensed and maintains active practices in Florida, New York and New Jersey.
