Leanne Rodgers is Deputy General Counsel and Chief Employment Counsel at Parsons Corporation, where she advises on all matters relating to labor, employment and benefits. She previously served on Parsons’ Ethics Committee and was Parsons’ Chief Ethics Officer with responsibility for the company’s Code of Conduct and the ethics hotline. Prior to joining Parsons, Ms. Rodgers was a Vice President and Senior Counsel at Hilton Hotels Corporation, taught legal research and writing at UCLA School of Law, and was a litigation associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher.
