Andrea G. Woods, J.D., PHR, serves as Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Nabholz Construction in Conway, Arkansas. Andrea also serves on the Board of Directors for Nabholz Companies’ parent group, The Nabholz Group, Inc. Nabholz is licensed to provide construction services in 35 states, with office locations in Arkansas, Connecticut, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Andrea currently serves as a member of the Arkansas Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission, Chair of the Conway Regional Health System Board of Directors and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Advocacy Alliance for the 20th Judicial District. She is former Chair of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Arkansas Bar Association Board of Governors and two terms on the House of Delegates. Woods is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law. Ms. Woods and her husband, Jeff, have been married 25 years and have two children.
