Andrea L. Reagan serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Fluor Federal Petroleum Operations (FFPO) in New Orleans, LA. FFPO manages and operates the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) pursuant to a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The SPR is the largest government-owned stockpile of emergency crude oil in the world and provides the President with a powerful response option should a disruption in commercial oil supplies threaten the U.S. economy. It is also the critical component for the United States to meet its International Energy Agency obligation to maintain emergency oil stocks. Before joining FFPO, Andrea began her legal career as a JAG officer in the United States Air Force followed by positions as a Senior Attorney with Battelle Memorial Institute and Associate General Counsel at UT-Battelle, LLC, the management and operating (M&O) contractor for the DOE’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Andrea lives in Mandeville, LA with her husband Michael, daughter Caitlin and two Chocolate Labrador Retrievers.
