Joshua Strub joined PNR RailWorks in 2017 and is responsible for all legal matters for PNR RailWorks and PNR RailWorks Quebec. Josh has a unique combination of both legal and engineering experience and educational background having graduated from the University of Western Ontario dual-degree program, earning a J.D. as well a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with distinction. Josh previously served as an Associate with the Toronto-based construction law boutique, Glaholt LLP, which is frequently recognized as one of Canada's premier construction litigation practices. At Glaholt LLP, Josh represented a range of clients, including owners, engineers, contractors and architects, in various forums and gained experience in disputes (both before and after commencement of proceedings) involving design-build, design-bid-build, P3 and EPC/EPCM contract arrangements. In 2017, Josh was listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a Lawyer to Watch.
