Terry Yeager is a Managing Director based in the Atlanta Office of Berkeley Research Group (BRG). He has more than twenty years of experience in heavy and highway general contracting, construction management, construction materials operations, asphalt and concrete paving operations, bridge construction and civil construction. He has developed highly specialized skills in estimating, scheduling, project management and business management. He also has extensive industry experience with large infrastructure design build and PPP projects. Mr. Yeager has been a dispute resolution consultant for over 16 years. He has had construction dispute resolution engagements evaluating progress, performance, and risk for projects in all industry sectors. He has also testified numerous times regarding issues involving delay, disruption, inefficiency, differing site conditions, construction defects, standard of care and damages. He has also testified in an international arbitration and has hot tub testimony experience regarding an LNG and natural gas project in the Middle East (Doha, Qatar). His industry experience, along with his ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex issues, has proven to be an asset to premier owners, designers, contractors and sureties.
