Dan has 19 years of construction industry experience. He is a seasoned construction professional in a highly competitive heavy civil market with strengths in preconstruction and client retention. Dan oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the preconstruction phase, ensuring that estimating, work order assembly, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and administrative functions are working efficiently throughout the bidding process. Coordinating the preconstruction process, he focuses on bid package preparation, scope review, and buy-out functions. In addition, Dan leads ICC’s Business Development efforts and is responsible for expanding the company’s exposure and identifying new opportunities.
