Sarah Hilderbrand, J.D., CPPO, is the Chief Operations Officer for NASPO ValuePoint, the cooperative contracting division of NASPO, the National Association of State Procurement Officials. Prior to joining NASPO, Sarah served as the Chief Procurement Officer for the state of Idaho; and has been involved in public procurement for over 20 years, at the state, county, city, special district and university levels. Sarah has also served as legal counsel for a number of cities, counties and special districts.
