Darryl Sweet is general services manager at the City of Berkeley where he manages the city’s purchasing and contracting functions.
Darryl’s supply chain management background includes positions in fuel industry operations, higher education, municipal government. In each of those he has championed the implementation of technological improvements in order to improve business processes.
Darryl has a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara, a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain Management from American Graduate University, and CPSM and C.P.M. designations from the Institute for Supply Management.
Darryl has been in supply chain management for nearly 25 years. His favorite hobby is trail running.
