Amalia Zimmerman-Lommel is the Director of Social Responsibility and Human Resources at Andrew and Williamson Fresh Produce (GoodFarms), an international grower, shipper and distributor of fresh produce with corporate offices in San Diego, CA and farms throughout Mexico and California. Through her leadership, Andrew & Williamson/GoodFarms was the first company to achieve certification under the rigorous standards of the Equitable Food Initiative (EFI) program. Due to innovative efforts, the company has been recognized as a leader in social responsibility emphasizing workforce development. She is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance, and a Master of Business Administration. She resides in Chula Vista, CA with her husband Paul Lommel, Commander, United States Navy (retired) and has four children.
