Todd has covered borders as a journalist for nearly 15 years and is the author of three books – Empire of Borders: The Expansion of the U.S. Border Around the World, Storming the Wall, and Border Patrol Nation. His work has been published in the New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Nation, among other places.
