Tom Parker has more than 29 years of experience in developing creative-cost effective solutions to solve complex solid waste and environmental issues for municipalities throughout the world. He is Senior Project Manager for Jacobs Engineering Group. Tom has a bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson College of Technology. He is a registered Professional Engineer in four states and is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers (AAEE). Tom has been an active member of SWANA since 1990, served on all leadership chairs for the New Mexico Roadrunner chapter, served on the International Board for 10 years and was SWANA’s International president in 2007. He routinely presents at local, regional and national conferences.
