Paula is a Project Director for the Center for the Circular Economy – an R&D, innovation, and investment hub that works with a global network of brands, academia, municipalities, and investors to advance the circular economy. In her role, she manages research and advisory projects and cross-brand collaborations that support supply chain innovations and investments across the Center’s main focus areas: textiles and apparel, packaging, food, electronics, and the built environment. Over the last decade, Paula has worked across sectors and along the supply chain delivering more efficient methods of producing consumer products and helping organizations tell compelling sustainability stories. Before joining Closed Loop Partners, Paula consulted on supply chain projects with some of the world’s largest retailers including Nike, Amazon, and Starbucks. She also worked at the Pacific Institute, a leading water policy think tank, and launched a startup that upcycled textile waste and employed women coming home from prison. Paula received her B.A. in Consumer Behavior from Cal Berkeley and her MBA and MS from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and School for Environment and Sustainability.
