Joe Giudice provides executive leadership for solid waste and recycling collections, diversion and disposal, community and government relations, and customer engagement services. He has worked for the City of Phoenix for more than 13 years in a variety of roles, including deputy public works director, assistant water services director, environmental program manager and now assistant public works director. He has a Bachelor's degree in environmental science and a Master's degree in public administration from Arizona State University.
