Christian Robeson is a strategic Human Resources leader with eighteen years’ years of experience, including two fortune 500 Companies. She is a highly accomplished Senior Human Resources Leader with exceptional leadership and communication skills that has proven successful across a wide variety of business models. She has expertise in strategic planning, leadership development and organizational change. She has significant experience with mergers and acquisitions. Christian started her career as a Human Resources Manager at Bay City Electric Works, an emergency backup generator company in San Diego, California. During her time there, she held several positions with increasing responsibility, including Senior Construction Manager, Compliance Officer and Human Resources Manager. After five years with Bay City Electric Works, Inc, Christian joined Insperity, a Fortune 500 leader for Professional Employer Organizations. Over her 5 years with Insperity, she advanced from Human Resources Specialist to Regional Human Resources Manager covering 60 multistate clients with over 1800 employees. Next Christian was recruited for by ADP TotalSource, one of the world’s largest payroll and human resources companies (Fortune 500) as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner. She covered a book of business covering 45 multistate clients and over 4,500 employees across the US. Christian joined the Canndescent team in early 2018 as one on the first Human Resources Leaders located in Desert Hot Springs, California. At Canndescent, she is applying her depth of Human Resources experience to execute sound practices at three locations in the desert region.
