Growing up enjoying various types of music (from hand bells, to marching band, to garage bands), Kevin’s engineering-mind liked the idea of helping to make the music heard by all. Due to this interest, he studied both Acoustical and Electrical engineering at Purdue University. Upon graduating, he started his first role at Kirkegaard Associates and then took his career to Threshold Acoustics, in which he designed audio and video systems that complimented the acoustics of the space they resided in. Today, he continues to design AV Systems in his current role at ESCO Communications as an AVL Engineer, along with a full integration team. In this role he has broadened his repertoire to sports venues, universities, and various odd-ball rooms, which keeps designing interesting. Kevin holds a CTS-D and CTS-I from Avixa, as well as an EIT by NCEES.
