Alex, a Robert Morris University graduate and Chicago local; has been working in the hospitality industry for nearly 15 years, starting out as a line cook and eventually making his way behind the bar. As the mixologist for The Paramount Group he is responsible for developing cocktails, menus, wine lists, and beverage programs for all of the company's divisions and restaurant Eden.
