David Murphy is a founding partner of Crawford Architects in Kansas City, Missouri, which has grown to more than 40 professionals across six studios. He launched his architectural planning and design career with an instrumental role as urban designer for the successful Camden Yards sports and entertainment district in Baltimore, Maryland. The outstanding work by David and the design team received several design awards including a national AIA award for the project’s urban design. Over the course of a distinguished and an award-winning career, he has been involved with many nationally and internationally significant sports and entertainment mixed-use districts that have revitalized urban areas and contributed to spin-off profitable developments.
