Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi LLP partner Rahul Ravipudi is a past recipient of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles' Trial Lawyer of the Year Award as well as the Consumer Attorneys of California's Robert E. Cartwright Sr. Award. He has spent his legal career handling catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving commercial vehicles, pedestrians, industrial or construction accidents, corporate negligence, and dangerous conditions of public and private property. Named Best Lawyers 2023 Lawyer of the Year in the area of Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions — Rahul currently serves as Public Entity Plaintiffs’ Co-Lead Counsel in the JUUL Labs Product Cases as well as Plaintiffs' Co-Lead Counsel in the Southern California Fire Cases litigation resulting from the Thomas Fire and subsequent mudslides in Montecito. An adjunct professor at Loyola Law School since 2008, Rahul teaches Trial Advocacy and Voir Dire. He is an Associate of the ABOTA Los Angeles Chapter where he serves on the Executive Committee. He is also a Board Representative for National ABOTA, a member of the National ABOTA Diversity of Membership Committee as well as a member of the National ABOTA Save Our Juries Committee. He also serves a committee member of the Judicial Council Advisory Committee on Civil Jury Instructions [CACI].
