Wes Wu is a Human Capital leader and strategist who transforms organizations for the rapidly changing workforce of the future. He is an early adopter of HR robotics and is skilled in delivering evidence-based business, human resources and operational outcomes grounded in data analysis and insights. Wes is a Vice President of Professional Services at Visier, a leading people analytics organization. He leads advisory services helping large enterprises optimize their talent through analytics, and helps. Organizations prepare for their analytics journey. Wes states his purpose as “helping organizations accelerate meaningful business interventions by creating prescriptive insightfulness.” Wes earned his Master of Science in Management/Human Resources from Boston University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Asian American Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. He also has earned many industry certifications in employee benefits, retirement plans and group benefits from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He lives in San Francisco and is an avid cyclist.
