Bryce Winkelman is the Global Head of Growth and Strategy for Employee Experience Solutions at Qualtrics. Bryce has spent the past decade helping organizations transform their corporate strategy through customer and employee insights. As a founding team member at Qualtrics, he helped take Qualtrics from its beginning with fewer than ten employees in the founders basement to a disruptive force in the experience management industry with over 2,000 global employees, 9,000+ customers, and a $8B valuation. He has established and run teams in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America providing solutions in the corporate, higher education, and healthcare sectors. Before taking on his role as Head of Growth and Strategy for Employee Experience, he was responsible for all digital solutions at Qualtrics. This enables him to have a solid perspective on innovation across both customer and employee experiences.
