Anastasia Jacobs serves as Vice President for Human Resources in the RWJBarnabas health system; the largest health system in the state of New Jersey. She supports three acute care hospitals in the system as well as the Human Resources Service Center. Previous to her Human Resources role, she has held the position of Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager all at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Anastasia works collaboratively with leadership and staff to support a highly engaged workforce, leads process improvement efforts to enhance both human resource operations and the employee experience.
