Rod is PwC’s US & Mexico Talent Acquisition Leader and also serves as the co-lead of PwC’s Digital Accelerator program. He is based in Chicago and has 25 years of professional experience beginning in client service before transitioning to human capital. Rod leads a team that is responsible for hiring more than 15,000 full-time professionals and interns annually. He is focused on driving innovation through PwC's recruiting programs and delivering on PwC's commitment to future-proof the workforce through digital skills training. Rod has spent the majority of his career with PwC in talent acquisition and sourcing, and is laser-focused on building a more diverse and inclusive workforce by leveraging digital tools and disruptive strategies to create authentic, long-lasting relationships with key talent. He has expertise in talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, digital upskilling, and employment branding. Rod serves as a board member of the Posse Foundation Chicago Advisory Board and Illinois Wesleyan Accounting Advisory Board. Rod is also a Daniel Burnham Fellow for Leadership Greater Chicago (LGC) working to positively impact socio economic progress in the Chicago area.
