Gail Knapp has spent her whole career at Lynden Incorporated and its largest subsidiary, starting as an accountant and financial analyst more than 37 years ago. As the company grew, she continued to climb up the ranks in its human resources department, into her current role as the VP of Employee Relations and Business Development. Knapp leads the global HR team for various Lynden companies, which is comprised of 2,700 employees across the United States and Canada. She serves on pension and health and welfare committees, overseeing benefits for the company and has overall responsibility for the administration of the benefit programs. Knapp also works with large customers in the mining industry and participates on large business development projects including mergers and acquisitions. Previously served as President of one of Lynden's larger subsidiary companies.
