Ryan Healy is the founder and president of Brazen, the Conversational Recruiting Platform. Previously, he co-founded Brazen Careerist in late 2007 after gaining national notoriety in the HR & Recruiting sectors through Employee Evolution, his community-based blog about Young Professionals in the workplace. He has been named one of the country's top HR thought leaders by World at Work and Accenture, and recognized as a workplace expert for the younger generations, appearing in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Business Week as well as on 60 Minutes and PBS Nightly News. Before founding Brazen and Brazen Careerist, Ryan worked as a Financial Consultant for IBM Global Business Services in Washington D.C. He holds a B.S. in Business from Pennsylvania State University.
