Dr. Laura Hamill is the Chief People Officer of Limeade and the founder and Chief Science Officer of the Limeade Institute, which conducts proprietary research and keeps a pulse on the latest employee well-being and engagement trends. Dr. Hamill works with Limeade customers to translate the Institute’s research into actionable strategies and hands-on workshops to strengthen and evolve their employee experience strategies. A sought-after speaker and Top 100 HR Technology Influencer, Laura has spoken at major conferences, including Women in HR Tech, the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions (NAHPC) Annual Forum, the HERO Annual Forum, Seattle Start-Up Week, Culture Summit and dozens more. She writes for U.S. News & Forbes and has been featured in Fast Company, SELF, NPR and dozens of HR publications. Dr. Hamill earned her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
