Elisa Steele is the Board Chair of Namely, the leading HR platform for mid-sized companies. Prior to Namely, Elisa was Jive’s President & CEO, where she was responsible for the strategy and operations of the leading communications and collaboration software company (JIVE: NASDAQ). Prior to Jive, Elisa was corporate vice president and chief marketing officer of Consumer Apps & Services at Microsoft, including the brands Bing, Internet Explorer, Lync, MSN, outlook.com and Skype, among others. Prior to Microsoft, Elisa was the chief marketing officer at Skype, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Yahoo! and senior vice president of marketing at NetApp. She also held various sales, business development, general manager and leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and AT&T Business Services. Elisa currently serves on the Board of Directors for Namely, Splunk (NASDAQ:SPLK), Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ:CSOD) and Archbishop Mitty High School.
