Kali Hayes is the Product Owner for Hiring for the Walmart U.S. business. She is responsible for transforming the recruiting, hiring and onboarding operating models to enable the companies 4,500 stores, 100 distribution centers, and our home office locations to connect great people to great jobs. She joined Walmart in 2007 as an entry-level Associate in the technology space, and is proud to work for a company that has given her opportunities to advance in her career that includes leadership roles in Operations, Global Business Strategy and HR Strategy. Her background reflects a passion for technology and simplifying the days and lives of our associates.
