Andrea Overholt is the Recruiting Engineering Director under the Walmart Global Talent Systems team. Her area of focus is to set technical direction and execute the vision of Recruiting Business Partners across the Walmart enterprise of 2.3 million associates. Her team develops the ecosystem of sustainable systems that can handle an average of 70,000 applicants per day.  She has almost 20 years of experience in the Technology space from handling network infrastructure to implementing software solutions across the whole of the Back Office suite. She is passionate about building relationships and utilizing cross functional collaboration to implement the principles of DevOps and Agile and ensure the transformation of Legacy IT groups into modernized product team models.
