Katie Taylor is the Sr. Director of Software Engineering, Global Talent Systems.  Her areas of focus include strategic global alignment of technology roadmaps, solutioning, software engineering design and delivery across the talent application suite; Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Development, Performance, Succession and Selection.  Katie and her teams partner with customers across the globe to solution and develop best in class technology solutions, working to solve some of the most complex problems at one of the largest scales in retail.  She has 15 years’ experience in Walmart technology ranging across infrastructure, service management, systems implementation and software engineering.
