Michael Hofmeir is a skilled and experienced human resources professional with over 12 years in the industry. Michael currently works in the financial services industry at TIAA, where he is a Learning Director. Michael has been a Performance Consultant, a Facilitator, a Facilitation Manager, Learning Manager and as a Learning Director, he and his team are responsible for providing appropriate and innovative learning solutions for his internal clients. Michael ensures that the HR learning response to business strategy is properly analyzed, planned, resourced, and executed. In his past and present role, Michael is able to use a multitude of skills, including facilitation, program management, people management, and financial industry acumen. Michael approaches his work with a focus on the people, processes, and vision that create a culture of high performance. Michael and his wife Lindsay live in Denver, Colorado and have a family of two children and two dogs.
