Himanshu Aggarwal co-founded Aspiring Minds in 2008 and is currently the CEO where he has grown the company to 300 employees worldwide and established the company as the leading talent assessment brand across Asia. His focus is on growing the US markets and making Aspiring Minds the leading talent assessment company in the country. Prior to Aspiring Minds, Himanshu worked in research and development for Network Appliance Inc., a leader in network attached storage devices where he holds eight US patents. Mr. Aggarwal graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
