Dr. Fred Rafilson, Aspiring Minds’ Chief I/O Psychologist, is a highly skilled expert in industrial/organizational psychology, and organizational and individual assessment. Dr. Rafilson has developed and conducted assessments for private sector, federal, state and county/municipal agencies. He has authored and published over 30 employment exams that assess cognitive abilities and personality traits, served as an expert for employment litigation cases and worked closely with agencies under DOJ consent decrees. Prior to working with Aspiring Minds, Dr. Rafilson was the co-founder of BestHire, LLC and founder and CEO of, I/O Solutions, Inc. Dr. Rafilson holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has led personnel selection consulting projects for over three decades.
