Jocelyn Caldwell

Jocelyn Caldwell is Vice President of Workforce Planning and Analytics at TIAA. Her team focuses on using data and analytics to drive better decision making and improve business outcomes. Prior to this role, Jocelyn was responsible for identifying and leading transformation initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness, while reducing cost and risk across TIAA. Before joining TIAA, Jocelyn built the university-wide institutional effectiveness capability at Howard University that focused on re-engineering administrative processes through the application of lean and six sigma. Jocelyn also held a series of positions of increasing responsibility and complexity during her tenure at The South Carolina Retirement Systems, Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel and General Electric. She previously served on the Clemson University Black Alumni Council Board, is currently a member of the Clemson University Board of Visitors, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Jack and Jill of Columbia.
