Andre Rooks is a Principal at Mercer where he is responsible for developing strategies that improve the outcomes from base pay, incentive pay and other compensation programs. Andre has worked with organizations such as General Mills, Oshkosh Corporation, The Boeing Company, Comcast, Cargill, Entrust Datacard, Pulse Secure, Digital River, Best Buy, WIPFLI, Lands End, MYR Group, Wright Medical Group, Pella Corp, Meta Financial, Dairy Queen and Ameritas. Andre has published white papers, participated in webinars and presented to industry groups such as the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Financial Executives International, AAIM Employers' Association, Twin Cities Compensation Network and the Design Finance Officers Group. Andre has also been a guest speaker at Loyola University Chicago and DePaul University. Prior to joining Mercer, Andre was a senior consultant at Aon Hewitt. Andre earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
